Lavender Honey Caramels

Soft, hand-stirred caramels made with Maine wildflower honey, butter, and fragrant lavender for a rich, creamy confection with delicate floral notes.

The lavender is hand-harvested in Newport, Maine at the height of its bloom, then incorporated into the caramels and their finishing salt. Each caramel is topped with a pinch of lavender sea salt made with Maine-grown flower buds and sea salt harvested from the waters of Penobscot Bay.

Made fresh in small batches and individually wrapped in backyard-compostable wood-pulp wrappers.
