Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items in your cart. We ship packages via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground. All available options will appear during checkout.
All orders over $99 ship free to U.S. addresses.
USPS Priority Mail includes up to $50 of insurance coverage. If you would like additional coverage, please let us know prior to purchasing; extra insurance is available for an additional cost.
Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your package to be handed off to the carrier.
Expedited shipping refers to the carrier’s transit time only and does not shorten our processing window.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
International Shipping
International shipping is calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination. These rates cover shipment cost only unless otherwise stated.
We are required to accurately complete customs declarations for all international packages and cannot alter or falsify these documents. You are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate—including your phone number—before submitting your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are happy to reship it; however, any additional shipping fees will be your responsibility.
Carrier Liability
Once USPS or UPS has taken receipt of your package, Mountain Hollow is not liable for delays, damages, or items lost in transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We recommend taking photos of:
- the shipping box before and after opening
- any damaged items
These photos are often required when filing an insurance claim.
