We welcome returns of unopened/unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase (or delivery if purchased online) for shop credit or exchange only. 

Exclusions: minerals, crystals, tumbled stone sets, food and perishables, sales or clearance items, and items marked “as-is” or “final sale”.

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, undamaged, and with accompanying receipt or proof of payment. Returns made without valid proof of payment will be accepted at our discretion, and valued at the current sales price. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request if these conditions are not met. 

*Please refer to our shipping policy for more information on items damaged in transit. We make every attempt to accurately photograph describe items offered for sale on our website. However if you are feel we didn’t represent the something correctly, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we may work together toward a resolution.

To return items by mail, please package carefully and mail to the address below. You are responsible for any return shipping charges.

Please include the following information with your return: Your name, contact information, order number, date of purchase, and payment method/proof of receipt, and reason for return. 

Once we receive and approve, we will issue shop credit less shipping.

In the rare occurrence that you receive items you didn't order, please contact us immediately so we can get the correct items to you.
