Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of unopened and unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase (or 14 days of delivery for online orders) for store credit or exchange only.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Merchandise must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Original tags and packaging must be be included, when applicable.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Minerals and crystals
  • Tumbled stone sets
  • Food and other perishable items
  • Sale or clearance merchandise
  • Items designated as “As-Is” or “Final Sale”

Natural Materials & Handmade Goods

Many of the products we offer are handcrafted or made from natural materials. Variations in color, pattern, texture, shape, finish, size, and natural characteristics are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe the products offered on our website. If you believe an item was significantly misrepresented, please contact us promptly upon receiving your order so we can work together toward a fair resolution.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Mountain Hollow is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return has been received and approved, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned merchandise.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue as quickly as possible.
