Cactus Quartz Specimen

Cactus quartz, also known as spirit quartz, is a distinctive quartz formation in which a larger central crystal is covered by a second generation of much smaller quartz crystals. This unusual growth habit creates the sparkling, textured surface for which the mineral is known.

These specimens range from pale, nearly colorless quartz to softly tinted lavender and amethyst tones, with each displaying its own arrangement of crystal growth.
