Fluorite and quartz occur together in hydrothermal veins within the rugged Santa Teresa Mountains of Arizona, one of the most remote and inaccessible terrains in the United States.
Each limited-production specimen was hand-dug by geologists, revealing intricate formations that may include UV fluorescence, etched surfaces, bi- or tri-color zoning, double-terminated quartz, octahedral or tabular growth, and hematite inclusions.
Material from this locality is rarely seen outside private collections, making each piece a distinctive reflection of its exceptional origin.
