Fluorite & Quartz - Santa Teresa Mountains, Arizona, USA

Fluorite and quartz occur together in hydrothermal veins within the rugged Santa Teresa Mountains of Arizona, one of the most remote and inaccessible terrains in the United States.

Each limited-production specimen was hand-dug by geologists, revealing intricate formations that may include UV fluorescence, etched surfaces, bi- or tri-color zoning, double-terminated quartz, octahedral or tabular growth, and hematite inclusions.
