Ingredients: Wild Cherry Bark (Prunus serotina), Elecampane Root (Inula helenium), Mullein Leaf (Verbascum thapsus), Pine Needles (Pinus spp.), Vervain (Verbena spp.), Ground Ivy (Glechoma hederacea), Lungwort (Pulmonaria spp.), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Osha Root (Ligusticum porteri), Rosehips (Rosa spp.), Gluten-Free Alcohol*, Spring Water, Raw Honey.

How to Use: Adults: Take 1 tablespoon every 4 hours as needed. Children: Take 1 teaspoon every 4 hours as needed. Not for children under 1 year of age due to raw honey content. Shake well before use. May be taken directly or added to a small amount of warm water or tea.
