Coconut Cream- Crisp, refreshing, and familiar, this dark chocolate bar with coconut milk is a 21st century rendition of milk chocolate with coconut instead of dairy. We craft this bar with a much higher percentage of cacao than standard milk chocolate, so you'll get the rich flavor and health benefits of dark chocolate with the luxuriously smooth texture you know and love. As with all of our products, this smooth & creamy organic coconut milk chocolate bar is dairy-free and vegan friendly.

Black Magic-To craft this bar, we blend our signature lightly caramelized coconut cream with single origin Ecuadorian cacao that has been grown, harvested, and fermented at a level of care beyond most cacao in the world. This delicate handling helps break down bitter and astringent compounds naturally present in cacao, and allows the bold, smooth flavors to shine through in our finished chocolate. This is the darkest bar we produce, and despite being one of the newest additions to our lineup it has quickly risen the ranks to join our list of top sellers & fan favorites.

We add a delightful crunch with just the right amount of regeneratively grown Ecuadorian cacao nibs (100% cacao by definition), and seal the deal with a subtle kiss of Peruvian pink salt from Salt of the Earth. This unique bar combines the ultra-smooth meltdown of our mylk chocolate with the intensity & flavor of extra dark chocolate for a chocolate experience in a category all its own.

Turkish Coffee- With a tip of our hat to the world’s first coffee houses, we craft our Turkish Coffee chocolate bar using fresh cardamom and whole coffee beans roasted to perfection by our friends at Ritual Coffee Roasters in San Francisco, CA. We carefully mill the cardamom and coffee directly into the chocolate, capturing peak flavor and smoothness in an unsurpassed expression of confectionary alchemy.

Cherry Amaretto- 

To craft this bar, we grind down whole tart cherries into molten chocolate using artisanal stone grinders until the texture is lusciously smooth and indistinguishable from our single origin Ecuadorian dark chocolate base. To compliment the bright and fruity flavor of fresh, real cherries, we add a few drops of almond oil, the traditional flavoring of European confectionery delights like marzipan and almond cakes.
